How do I change my name on the leaderboard?
Change your name on the Profile screen in the game. The leaderboard updates with it.
How do I remove my leaderboard entry and data?
Email me your leaderboard name and the game's platform, and I will delete your entry. The Privacy Policy explains the rest of your choices.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Your progress and your anonymous leaderboard account are tied to the installed game. There is no sign-in, so deleting the game also removes them, and I cannot restore them.
The ad button says no ad is available.
Ads are not available everywhere all the time. Check your connection and try again a little later.
How do I change my ad choices?
On iPhone, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, use the Ads section in your device's Google or privacy settings.
How do I get a refund for a purchase?
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them. Use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund page.
