Terms of Use

These terms apply when you play Routes & Riches, made by Berkan Çimen. By playing, you accept them. Your rights under the consumer laws of your country always remain in force.

The game

You may install the game and play it for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. The game, its art, music and text belong to me or my licensors. Please do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. Apple's and Google's store terms also apply to downloads from their stores.

The game changes over time. I may add, change or remove features, and I may stop offering it. Scores, progress and in-game items have no cash value. Progress is stored on your device and can be lost if you delete the game.

Fair play and names

Leaderboards are public. Do not use a name that is offensive, hateful, misleading or that imitates someone else, and do not cheat or interfere with the game's services. I may change or remove names and scores, and limit access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Ads and purchases

The game is free to play and may offer optional rewarded ads. A reward is given only when an ad is completed, and ads are not always available.

Any in-app purchases are sold through Apple or Google, under their payment and refund rules. Use your store's restore option to get eligible purchases back on a new device.

Warranty and liability

The game is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data or progress. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

General

The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date, and continuing to play means you accept it. Turkish law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: support@berkancimen.com.
